Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) water systems.

Product Overview
Our Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) are advanced environmental solutions designed to purify industrial wastewater. We employ multi-stage treatment processes including physical, chemical, and biological methods (MBBR, SBR, MBR) to remove toxic contaminants, heavy metals, and organic pollutants. Our systems ensure zero liquid discharge (ZLD) compliance and allow for the recycling of treated water for non-potable uses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common queries regarding design, sizing, compliance, and deployment.
What ETP capacity do you design for?
We design and build ETPs from 5 KLD (small pharma units) up to 1 MLD+ (large industrial clusters). Capacity is sized based on your effluent flow, pollutant load, and discharge norms.
Do you offer Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems?
Yes. Our ZLD designs combine primary + secondary + tertiary treatment with MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) and ATFD (Agitated Thin Film Dryer) to recover 100% of water and reduce waste to solid form.
What is the difference between ETP, STP, and WTP?
ETP treats industrial effluent (chemicals, heavy metals). STP treats sewage (domestic wastewater). WTP purifies raw water for drinking or process use. We design and supply all three.
Which biological technology is best — MBBR, SBR, or MBR?
MBBR suits steady effluent with moderate load. SBR handles highly variable flows. MBR gives the best effluent quality for reuse. Our engineers recommend the right technology after studying your effluent characteristics.
