Pultrusion Products
High-strength composite profiles and gratings.

Product Overview
Our Pultrusion Products represent the pinnacle of composite engineering, offering exceptional strength-to-weight ratios. Produced through a continuous molding process, these FRP profiles—including angles, channels, beams, and rods—are designed to replace traditional steel and aluminum in structural applications. They are non-conductive, electromagnetically transparent, and highly resistant to corrosion, making them perfect for use in chemical plants, electrical substations, and coastal infrastructure.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common queries regarding design, sizing, compliance, and deployment.
How strong are pultruded FRP profiles compared to steel?
Pultruded FRP has a higher strength-to-weight ratio than structural steel. A typical FRP I-beam is about one-quarter the weight of an equivalent mild-steel section while carrying comparable loads in many applications.
Are pultruded FRP profiles fire-retardant?
Standard pultrusions are not inherently fire-retardant, but we supply FR grades meeting ASTM E-84 Class I or UL 94 V-0 for applications where fire rating is required.
What is the standard length of pultruded FRP profiles?
Standard supply is in 6-metre lengths. Custom cuts and site-specific lengths are available on request.
Can pultruded profiles be drilled and machined on site?
Yes. Pultruded FRP can be drilled, cut, and machined with standard carbide tools. We also supply pre-drilled and pre-fabricated assemblies to reduce installation time.
