Machine Moulded & Pultruded Gratings
Heavy-duty industrial walkways and platforms.

Product Overview
We offer a premium range of FRP Gratings, available in both Machine Moulded and Pultruded variants. Our Moulded Gratings offer bi-directional strength and excellent impact resistance, making them perfect for platforms and walkways. Pultruded Gratings provide superior unidirectional strength for heavy load-bearing applications over longer spans. Both types are non-conductive, fire-retardant, and corrosion-resistant, offering a safe and durable alternative to steel gratings.
Key Features & Specifications
- Types: Machine Moulded (Bi-directional), Pultruded (Unidirectional)

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common queries regarding design, sizing, compliance, and deployment.
What is the difference between moulded and pultruded FRP gratings?
Moulded grating has bi-directional strength and absorbs impact well — ideal for walkways and platforms. Pultruded grating has higher unidirectional strength for longer spans and heavier loads. We supply both.
Are FRP gratings fire-retardant?
Yes, we offer FR-grade gratings meeting ASTM E-84 Class I (flame spread index ≤25). Standard grade is also self-extinguishing.
Can FRP grating replace steel grating 1:1?
Yes, FRP grating is available in standard thicknesses and panel sizes that allow direct 1:1 replacement of steel. The lower weight means installation is often much faster.
