Protective FRP Lining
Specialized protective lining services for existing infrastructure.

Product Overview
We offer specialized Protective FRP Lining services for concrete and metal surfaces to prevent corrosion and leakage. Our expert application of chemical-resistant resins and glass fiber reinforcement creates a seamless, impermeable barrier that extends the life of your existing tanks, pits, and floors. Ideal for acid storage areas, ETP tanks, and chemical processing floors where a full tank replacement is not practical.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common queries regarding design, sizing, compliance, and deployment.
Can you line an existing concrete tank that is already leaking?
Yes. We regularly rehabilitate leaking concrete ETP/STP tanks by surface preparation, crack repair, and application of seamless FRP lining. The tank gets another 15-20 years of reliable service.
How thick is the FRP lining you apply?
Standard thickness is 3mm for chemical service, 5mm for aggressive chemicals with some mechanical stress, and up to 10mm for high-wear applications like acid-battery floors.
Can lining work be done without emptying the factory?
The lined area itself must be emptied and prepared, but surrounding operations can continue. We work in shifts and over weekends to minimize plant downtime.
